Welcome to Fast Asleep. I am a board certified internist and sleep medicine specialist going on three decades researching and treating sleep disorders with pioneering therapies for nightmares, insomnia, leg movement disorders and sleep-disordered breathing (aka obstructive sleep apnea, OSA; upper airway resistance syndrome, UARS). I live in Savannah, GA with my wife Jessica, our two dogs (Magnum,Nami) and a philosophically-minded cat, Professor Bebo.
